This remarkable 5,100 sq. ft. residence sits atop a stunning mountain in Ramona, California, on over four acres of serene land. From concept to near completion, this project has been a testament to creativity, precision, and teamwork.

From Concept to Groundbreaking

The journey began in 2022 when the client approached us with their vision of a custom home that would harmonize with the breathtaking natural surroundings. At Seaside Drafting and Design, LLC we worked closely with the client to create comprehensive construction documents that laid the groundwork for their dream home. These documents were meticulously prepared to meet all city requirements, ensuring a seamless approval process while setting the stage for a flawless build. For privacy reasons, we do not showcase these detailed documents on our website, but rest assured, they reflect our commitment to excellence and precision.

A Collaborative Vision

While Seaside Drafting focused on drafting and working alongside our engineers, architects, and contractors, Ginger Rabe Designs partnered with the client to develop interior elements that balance aesthetics with functionality. From selecting finishes to creating cohesive interior layouts as well as exterior layouts, Ginger Rabe Designs’ expertise ensured the interior spaces reflect the client's style while enhancing the home's overall design.

Construction Milestones

Thanks to the dedication of the client, their contractor, and the entire design team, construction is nearing completion. This bespoke home—built from the ground up—incorporates stunning architectural features and personalized interior details that make it truly unique. It’s projected to be finalized by the summer of 2025, marking the culmination of a three-year journey from vision to reality.
