This home on the cliffs in Encinitas over looking the water was completely renovated for the minimalist from New York. With removing all the carpet and adding in tiled planks, to installing a custom metal railing, and custom stairs, and opening a wall to pass through into the kitchen with ease. We added in soft elements in the carpet in two of the bedrooms, as well as design elements throughout the home including closets and floor vents. The garage was a nice pop of red as well as we added in a hidden staircase that leads to the attic. The custom sofa and chairs were added to soften up the room and take in the views.
