Realtor Conceptual Drawings
Working closely with realtors we design conceptual boards to help your clients visualize the space their new home could be. Concept drawings are made for you to place in the homes. Being experts in the design build world we are asked many time for our expert advice. We now turn that advice into concept drawings. Once the designs and building are complete don’t forget to finish off your new space. Styling consists of sitting down and discussing your design preference. Designer Day
Why not have a designer all to yourself for an entire day. Ginger will design with you for an entire day. This includes shopping for product, staging your space, and expert advice for one day. You can now ask all the questions you ever wanted to ask a designer and have them show you some tips and tricks.
_________________________________ 6 hours total. Includes 1 hour in home consultations, 3 hours of shopping, 2 hours of staging (with new bought items or current furniture and pieces). $6,000.00.
Speaking Engagements & Educational Lectures
Ginger has a passion for what she does and is often asked to come and speak about how she got to where she is today. Motivating others to find their passion through business is something that is sought after. Ginger is part of Palomar College Advisory Board for Interior Design/Architecture; Is a professor at the Design Institute of San Diego; Sits on the San Diego Green Building Council Speakers Bureau; and is a speaker for TEDx Talks.
