Ginger - CEO / Principal Designer

Ginger comes with a formal education, building knowledge, and a high design drive. She works by the beach so she is always in a happy mood and ready to design for her exclusive design clients, who she gets to know all their secrets. Ginger not only teaches/gives talks on design and build, is on the board for the Southern California National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), received a Masters Degree in the Built Environment with an Emphasis in Sustainability for Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia; she also has a water polo playing son who convinced her to rescued 2 dogs. Buddy the Pug and Zeus aka Zoo. You know because he thought she needed some happy pups at the office. You will also grow to love these fur-balls since they come to the office often just to beg for pets or a selfie from anyone who comes to visit. Ginger is versatile in all styles of design and is involved in all projects to make sure her clients and their homes are designed and built to her perfection. Gary- Snr. DRAFTER

Gary is head of the Drafting Department within Ginger Rabe Designs, LLC. Ginger, is an expert within Revit and AutoCAD as well as other programs that help produce our Construction Documents that we present and work with our engineers, architects, General Contractors, and the City. One aspect of the department is presenting visual effects that help the Client see what their project will look like in real-time. Gary spent a lengthy career in the IT Aero Space Industry creating programs and systems that help in our Firm today. Gary understands the importance of placing the customer first and will do so on all your projects.

Jr. Designer / 3D Designer

Emerson who has been with the Firm since 2020 is our Junior Desinger as well as head of our 3D Department. Emerson comes with years of experience in assisting in all aspects of interior design. Emerson is also proficient in making all the designs come to life by creating 3D spaces. Emerson is finishing is BA degree at Long Beach University.

Dorian - JR Jobsite Management / Warehouse & Delivery Manager

Dorian has been with the team since 2005 and has moved up in the company. He is well diverse in the procedures on a jobsite and has an active role in support when on site. This year he took lead roles in our tile installations as well as support role in cabinet installation. Dorian is also our warehouse and delivery operations manager. GR Designs has a high standard of excellence and Dorian is always making sure to qc all products and get them to where they need to be safely and on time. On Dorian’s free time he is active in water polo, surfing, and outdoor activities.
