Ginger and her team really took the time to understand what my wife and I had in mind, and gave us multiple options to choose from when decorating our home! I was always changing my mind on what I wanted based on pricing, and Ginger made sure to investigate send us different priced options for what we wanted. She even helped design our back yard, which was voted the best yard on the block by my neighbors. Thank you so much for your ideas and patience Ginger!!

My family was completely unprepared for a remodel, let alone one that encompassed 90% of our home being stripped to the slab floor, plus removal of all fixtures, cabinets, and appliances due to a flood and asbestos remediation that followed. Ginger understood our situation and helped every step of the way! She stayed in nearly constant communication with us while coordinating every aspect of rebuilding the whole interior of our home. I had no idea what style we wanted, in fact I had never heard the names of some of the styles, or knew what they meant. Ginger is very professional, while also being easy to talk to, and a good listener. Choosing all the products was torture for me, but Ginger assured me we would get through it together. She took the time to listen to my needs, wants, frustrations, and budget before suggesting designs and products for us. Ginger was able to carve out space in our 1200 sq ft home for the gourmet kitchen I had always wanted. I couldn't find the words to describe products I liked, but once Ginger showed me several light fixtures, faucets, sinks or whatever, I could point out the ones I DIDN'T like. I'm sure she spent HOURS finding bathroom light fixtures for me to choose from because I really don't like light fixtures at all. I am happy to report Ginger found bathroom light fixtures I LOVE! We are thrilled with our new home, and highly recommend Ginger Rabe Designs and her skilled team of professionals.

Ginger won this remodeling project at my place fair and square against 5 other contenders. She offered not only comprehensive design skills, but also general contractor/prime services. This is a rare combination - to know not only what will look great, but also what is feasible, given the structure of the house. “Ginger did such a great job with our kitchen design and remodel that we can not wait for her design the rest of our home. We had no idea how much went into a kitchen design and thought we could do it ourselves. We were quickly lost and found Ginger through a referral. “It was a pleasure working with Ginger on our office remodel. We have been in the same space for the past 12 years and were in desperate need of a “face lift.” She helped with everything from picking out the paint, to redesigning our furniture / floor lay out, new artwork, and all the finishing touches. “Ginger is the best! I was referred to her by a friend, after being blown-off by numerous other "pro's" because our jobs were minor. When I spoke to her on the phone, she immediately sounded enthusiastic about what I was proposing. We set the date for the jobs to be done the following weekend. A few days later, she came over to take some measurements and make certain she knew exactly what the job entailed. She was so thorough and personable, at the same time. It was hard to believe I was finally dealing with someone who wanted the job and actually seemed gracious about it!
Cut to the following weekend, when we got started on our projects. She came to our house with her handyman and made sure he knew *exactly* what was to be done, and what was expected. She oversaw the whole thing, start to finish. All three separate projects turned out beautifully within the projected time frame, we could not be happier with the whole experience!

“Ginger has a natural talent when it comes to design and knowing exactly the right fit for the space and just as important (if not more) the right fit for the person she is doing it for. She carries with her a vast knowledge of her craft, which to be able to do well, you truly must be an Artist at heart. Along with her design talents, she also carries with her a great amount of experience and knowhow when it comes to the construction side of things. I believe this is what makes all the difference if someone chooses to be a Designer. If you do not understand the “building blocks” of a home or a building I don’t think you can really have a full grasp of your end product. This makes Ginger extremely valuable in terms of execution. With that said, the third component is the people aspect. Ginger has a knack for reading people as I do for reading a plan. In my experience, the relationships that are built during the project become part of the project. When someone feels that they were cared for through the experience it reflects in how they feel about the design. It goes hand in hand and Ginger is a Natural with it.
